I love every single one of these workouts. I’ve been working out at home my entire adult life and I’ve tried a lot of videos and these are by far my favorites. They’re a combination of dance, pilates, yoga and traditional calisthenics tailored to create long lean lines that really flatter (as Barrett says) “the female physique”. And they burn a surprising number of calories. I sprinkle additional cardio in throughout my week to get my heart pumping faster but these workouts are really great full body, mind-body awareness routines.
